oNcE uPoN a TiRiNg DaY... :P

Hello! Yesterday was one tiring day (as usual). I started my day by finishing my physics assignment, then study for a religion quiz which turned out to be just a graded recitation, and by doing my morning routines afterwards. I woke up early yesterday since we have our morning assembly every Friday.
Our class was very lucky because we did not have homeroom, literature, and trigonometry because we watched the movie "Ever After" starring Drew Barrymore and Timothy West. The movie "Ever After" is a very nice movie since it was patterned to one of the most famous fairy tales of the Grimm brothers "Cinderella". I also learned that the real name of the girl is Ella, it became Cinderella because she lived in a cinder (cinder+ella=Cinderella :P).
After watching the movie, we had our economics class then Filipino (our teacher was absent). Our computer teacher was also absent so I went to the Guidance office with Paula, Yves, and Ezra to get an application form for Peer Support Group. After that, we had our physics class with a very intelligent teacher and then I attended two club meetings: ITS and AHSECOM. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend my YASS meeting because I did not have the luxury of time.

iT's A bRaNd NeW dAy!

Nothing really THAT special happened to me today. I woke up early in the morning because of my brother, do my usual "morning routines" (take a bath, dress up, etc.) and went to school. I had my morning classes (for today: it's composition, economics, literature and double P.E. where we talked about basketball), and then ate lunch.
After lunch, the class went to AVR 1(aircon!!!) to watch a documentary entitled "An Inconvinient Truth". It basically talks about global warming and its effects in the lives of every person here on earth. From the documentary, I learned that we should all help in one way or another to be able to do something about global warming and we should act NOW!
After watching the documentary the class had religion class then I rode a jeep going to La Purisima with Angel from Evans since my classmate Marla left me :( and this what happened to me at school today.

this guy is not an ordinary human being! john petrucci's one of the best guitarists of all time. he is the lead guitarist of the band dream theater. this guy has all the characteristics of a pro. he has style, tonal quality, speed, and technique. he is a progressive type. his picking is way to fast that it almost sound like a fly buzzing in your ear! i hope one day he reads this blog. and decides to tutor me even for only a week. i wanna be like him! even though i know its impossible. hes the best. he rocks!
other guitarists i love is joe satriani, steve vai, paul gilbert, al dimeola, yngwie malmsteen, etc. try listening to their music. you will love them!

Another Ordinary Day

I got in line late for the morning assembly, after clashing with my dad earlier.
I know its none of your business to read nor know more details about my daily existence but since
this is our project for Computer-IV, I set aside this pathetic thought and did my part as a member of our group.
We had lectures for the entire day since they're paid for so I had no reasons to complain.
After the lessons and all, I immediately went home and slept without even eating my dinner. I just woke up knowing that it is again another routinary day for me.

Vaya con Dios!

My First Entry

hi! we had our regular morning assembly early in the morning and it went longer than the usual assemblies we have, because there were visitors from other Ateneo Schools who were here to visit our new high school building (project of Fr. Bill Kreutz). Then we were asked to proceed to our respective classroom (unfortunately rm 407, 4th floor, makapagod). We had our Composition Class (teacher: Mrs. Vesagas): we talked about the PRAYER of St. Francis of Assisi and we had a group discussion base on the subject matter. We took our Economics first quiz, talked about the ROPES in Literature and eventually took our recess. We had trigo class, followed by Filipino. The lunch na naman. Bumaba kami from 4th floor to cafeteria and umakyat na naman sa 2nd floor for computer class sa computer laboratory. Umakyat na naman sa 5th floor for Physics Class (double period) and dun nagkaroon kami ng first laboratory activity "The Paper Tower". I attended the 4:30 mass sa chapel then went home with chim and melissa para sa main campus then sumakay ng tricycle pauwi. Then bumalik na naman sa town para bumili ng ink ng printer. hai.

My Post for the Day

Hi! I woke up late this morning and barely making it to the assembly (we have our assembly every monday and friday). I had a tiring day this morning since we had two quizzes, one in economics and the other one in filipino. There was not much happenings during the afternoon. We had our usual computer class in the computer laboratory (where we made this blog :D), then double physics. At the end of the day, I went to the soccer field with qharts to say hi to our coach (coz i did not attend the practice ), ate merienda and went home. I hope tomorow would be more fun and less tiring.... hehehehe :P

Kevin Paul Enriquez (june-25-2007)

physics was the only subject that i found interesting and fun today. we had an activity that we where asked to build a paper tower that was a meter long using only a single bond paper and a 25cm tape. i got really suprised to hear that. it was like 'is sir serious?!'. my first impression was that we could never finish the work because it was impossible to build it using only one bond paper and 25cm maskin tape. it was a really tough challenge for our group because the other sections were able to build a 125cm long paper tower using the same materials. and we never wanted to be beaten by them. but fortunately, because of teamwork, cooperation, and determination, we were able to finish the work. we made a record to be able to build a 136cm long paper tower that beat the other sections' record. weee. good job.
